In 2016 our pastors began to dream what it would look like to integrate students into the whole church body with the goal of involving and retaining teenagers to grow spiritually and missionally long term. From our view of Student Ministry in America, research on teen faith, and what we are observing at Maryland Community Church, we believe that we need to make transitions that can bring about a healthier and longer lasting faith for students.
