INVITE YOUR PLUS ONES
INVITE YOUR PLUS ONES
When you want to find a new favorite restaurant, or a new show to binge-watch, do you ask your friends for recommendations? [Sure you do!] In general, we are prone to trust the opinion of people we actually know far above any other form of advertising. We encourage you to share one of our digital invitations on your favorite social media platform. Note: Sending it to your Plus One as a personal invitation via text or direct message with the file would be even better!
Available at both of our campuses are printed cards featuring our special Christmas Eve service times. Grab the number of cards you need and give them away: leave them behind for your waiter or waitress at that new restaurant you’re trying out, put them in the envelope with your Christmas cards, tack one up on the bulletin board at the grocery store or anywhere else community information is allowed to be posted.
Or just hand them out in person when you …
Ask what their plans are for Christmas Eve. If their response leaves room for it [and they aren’t out of town or working etc.*] ask them to come to Christmas Eve service and offer to bring them with you. Invite their whole family if that fits the situation. If there isn’t room in your vehicle, pick a specific spot on campus to meet - so that you can all sit together.
If they have no plans at all, invite them to not just attend a service with you, but also to do whatever else it is you do Christmas Eve. Whether that’s a family dinner, watching “It’s a Wonderful Life” for the 1000th time, or driving around looking at Christmas lights. Whatever it is YOU do - invite them along for the whole Christmas Eve experience.
*If they are unavailable to come Christmas Eve, don’t forget to mention all of our services are available to view online via Livestream on our website, on Roku, or via Apple TV.
Each week, as we contribute to this heartwarming cause through World Vision, Compassion International and Heifer international, we'll be adding animals to our Nativity scenes across all campuses.
With every donation, we'll be purchasing animals for families in developing countries, giving them not just food, but a sustainable source of income to help them thrive. Together, we can empower these families to put food on their tables and spark lasting change in their lives. Let’s transform the world, one animal and one Nativity scene at a time, symbolizing the hope and promise of our Savior!
Goat $100 (World Vision)
Chicken $20 (Heifer International)
Cow $450 (Compassion International)
Sheep $120 (Heifer International)
