WELCOME!

Thank you for your interest in auditioning for our worship experiences at MCC! This community is sustained by its amazing volunteers!

The provided resources are intended to give you an idea of how to prepare outside of rehearsal spaces. This is a good indication of communication within our campus worship teams. The process of listening to content and preparing at home is very similar to preparing for our services. All of our campuses utilize in-ear monitoring, so click-track competency is essential for each musician and vocalist.

BEFORE YOUR AUDITION

After completing the “Let’s Do It” form, we ask you to review and sign our Worship Team Covenant. This is to ensure that you understand the spiritual expectations of being held in a leadership role as a potential member of the worship team. Once each section is completed and the form is signed, you can continue with the audition process. This is a requirement to be completed before your audition.

We also ask you to review the Team Style Guide. Upon any dress code confusion and questions, this will be your reference.
